Return window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

How to start a return

Email support@zentiv0.store with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm the next steps, including the return address if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
