We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Before returning any item, customers must contact us first at zentiv0store04@gmail.com to request return approval and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If approved, we may offer a replacement item at no additional cost.
